Abstract

In their solo careers, John and Hayley Rocco are no strangers to the children’s book world. Their latest adventure found this couple putting their heads together to create How to Send a Hug (Little, Brown, 2022). The Roccos, who live in Rhode Island with a plethora of pets, are enthusiastic about this first collaborative work, which shares the joys of sending a letter through the mail.

Author Biography

Mary-Kate Sableski

Mary-Kate Sableski is an Associate Professor at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, where she teaches children’s literature and literacy methods courses. She is a current member of the Schneider Family Book Award Committee.
