Abstract

Chapter 2 of Library Technology Reports (vol. 51, no. 1), “Managing Your Library’s Social Media Channels,” provides an overview of current popular social media channels, suggests activities that can be done with each of them, and includes examples of libraries successfully using each type.

David Lee King

David Lee King is the digital services director at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library where he plans for, implements, and experiments with emerging technology trends. He speaks internationally about emerging trends, website usability and management, digital experience planning, and management of techie staff, and has been published in many library-related journals.
