Abstract

Chapter 6 of Library Technology Reports (vol. 54, no. 5), “Integrating the Library in the Learning Management System”

It is incomprehensible at this point in time to imagine an online or blended learning experience without a learning management system. For all students, and especially online students, the learning management system is their main source of engagement with the university. Chapter 6 of Library Technology Reports (vol. 54, no. 5), “Librarian Role and Embedded Librarianship,” discusses the strategic decision made to create a customized librarian role that meets the needs of librarians and allows students to easily identify their librarian.
