Chapter 4. Taking Your Library Instruction to YouTube

Abstract
There are many types of technology resources available to deliver instruction and information in the field of librarianship. Five years ago Heather chose to create the first of two YouTube Channels, Tech Fifteen. The purpose of the channel was to share information, tips, and ideas on the integration of technology with librarians and the peer educators. This chapter will take the reader through the creation process and how to maintain a Youtube channel with an educational lens.

Heather Moorefield-Lang is an assistant professor with the Department of Library and Information Studies in the School of Education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
